What we do with the details you send us

A booking needs certain details, and we ask for no others. When you write, we keep your name, your WeChat or WhatsApp contact, your dates, the size of the party with each child's age, and any need you mention, such as a diet or a mobility concern.

Once you book, we ask for each guest's name and passport details. The park and the harbour authority need them in advance, and the names on the harbour boarding pass must match the passport. We ask 7 days before sailing, as part of the final steps.

Payment details go to the payment processor you choose, such as Stripe or Airwallex, and not to us. We see that a payment has arrived, and nothing more.

Our booking team reads your details to run the booking. Nobody else on our side needs them, and nobody else on our side reads them. Messages stay in the chat and the booking record.

We pass on the minimum to the people who must have it. The captain and crew are given the guest list for the manifest. The park and harbour authorities receive names and passport details for permits and boarding passes. A hotel or a driver, if we arrange one, receives a name, a date and a flight.

We do not sell your details. Where an authority or a processor holds your details, its own rules also apply, and we cannot change them.

You can ask us to show you what we hold, to correct it or to erase it. Write in the chat or the form, and name the booking if there is one. We reply in writing and act on a correction as soon as we have confirmed who you are.

Some details we must keep after a trip. Invoices and payment records are part of our accounts, and Indonesian law requires us to keep them for a set period. We erase everything else on your request. We also tell you what we have kept, and why.

Indonesian law governs this notice. If you think we have handled your details badly, tell us first. We would rather put it right than argue about it.
