What we can arrange around the cruise, and how it is quoted

Private dinner, pickup and events on Elrora Liveaboard are arranged by our team around the cruise: a pickup in Labuan Bajo, a vehicle upgrade, a dinner on deck or a beach, and company evenings. Each is quoted in writing for your date, and nothing is added without your agreement.
Everything we can arrange beyond the cruise
A trip is more than the days on the water. It includes the pickup at the airport, the evening before, a dinner for a birthday and a morning for a team session. Our team arranges these around your dates and quotes each one before anything is added.
The services below are listed as the booking team offers them. Each is optional. None is promised on a particular date until we have confirmed it in writing, because the weather, the island and the season decide what is possible.
Prices move with party size, island and season, so no figure is printed here. We quote within one working day of your request.
Pickup by arrangement
We collect you at Komodo Airport, at your hotel or at the pier, timed to boarding, and the pickup time is sent to you in writing.
A Toyota HiAce van or a larger coach can replace the standard minibus; we quote the upgrade before it is added.
Working session
A working session on the dining deck or on an island, built around your agenda and quoted before anything is added.

Pickup and vehicle upgrade
Pickup runs from the airport, from your hotel and to the harbour. The standard vehicle is a car or minibus that your own party shares. We confirm the time and the vehicle in writing before you pay.
For more room, a Toyota HiAce seats up to twelve, and a bigger coach can be arranged on request. Both are quoted separately. A party of fourteen travelling together needs two vehicles, and we plan that with you.
Tell us your flight number and your hotel. If your flight changes, tell us at once and we adjust the pickup.
Dinner on a beach or on deck
Dinner can be arranged ashore, privately on an island, as a seafood meal, or as an evening built around a birthday, a proposal or a special diet. We can also ask for a decoration of the cabin or the deck. Each is quoted for your date and your head count.
None of these is part of the trip unless you ask for it, and none is promised in advance. Whether a beach dinner can take place depends on the weather, on where the boat lies that evening and on the captain, who decides on the day. We tell you in writing if the plan changes.
Dietary needs belong in the same message. Tell us before departure, and we pass them to the kitchen. We state in writing what can be done on the day.
Meetings and company evenings
A team can meet on board or on an island, or build a company holiday around the route. The dining room and the sundeck are the places that suit a working session. We have no meeting room or projector to describe, so plan a conversation round a table, with printed notes.
A family gathering is arranged in the same way. For a birthday, an anniversary or a reunion, we ask how many guests, which cabins and what you would like the evening to hold, then quote it.
A photographer is also on request. Neither a guide nor photo or video coverage is part of a private charter, and aerial filming needs a park permit, requested 7 days before sailing.
From a request to a quote in writing
Message us on WeChat with the date, the head count and the service you have in mind. You receive a written quote within one working day, and nothing joins your booking until you accept it.
When you accept, the service is added to the confirmation with the date, the time and the price. If you change your mind before the balance is due, tell us, and we remove it.
Keep the quote with your booking confirmation. It is the only document that matters if a detail is in doubt.
