Write to your advisor
WeChat is the channel to use first. The booking team answers there, and the advisor who replies to your first message is the one who follows your booking. WhatsApp and the contact form reach the same team, if you prefer them.
A written reply is the aim, not a call. You get dates, cabins and a plan in text, which you can forward to the people travelling with you. When a price cannot be printed on the site, as with the whole boat, it arrives in the reply and not in a phone call.

Five lines that make the first reply useful
The first reply is better if the first message holds five things. They take two minutes to write.
- The dates you have in mind, and how far they can move.
- How many guests there are, with the age of each child.
- Whether the whole boat or a single cabin on a shared date suits you.
- The city you fly from, and the flight if you have one.
- Anything the party needs: tea, diets, steps, a slow pace.
Nothing more is needed. If a line is unknown, say so. We would rather hear that you are undecided than guess for you. A short message gets a short, exact answer, and a long one gets a longer plan.
Who answers and when
PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia runs the booking, the deposit, the pickup and the paperwork. The boat's own crew run the sailing. We do not speak for them, and they do not take bookings.
Team hours: Daily 08:00–20:00 (WITA). WITA is the same clock as Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, so the hours you see are the hours on your own watch.
A message that arrives outside the hours is answered when the team opens. For a date that is close, write early in the day, and say so in the first line. In July and August Elrora sails only shared trips, so plan a private charter for another month.
