Every 3D2N sailing, and the rules each one runs by

Three booked cabins is the minimum for any open trip to leave the pier, on every date in the calendar.

Book three cabins yourselves and the sailing is secure. Two couples plus a pair of friends, each in their own cabin, get there too. A single couple cannot, and their sailing then waits on other guests joining. A cabin counts once toward the three, whether two guests share it or four fill the Family cabin.

When a date fails to reach three cabins, we tell you in writing and offer you two options: another date, or a refund under the terms. We do not move you to another boat without asking, and we do not let a sailing run short without telling you.

On the first day, check-in on board is between 10:00 and 10:30. On the last day, check-out is between 11:00 and 11:30. The rhythm is the same on every date, which makes it easy to plan the flights on either side.

Arrive in Labuan Bajo the evening before. A morning flight from Bali or Jakarta landing at nine leaves almost no margin, and if it is cancelled on the day you lose a night on board. Going home, book a flight that departs after 14:00.

We arrange your pickup in Labuan Bajo and send the time in writing together with your cabin plan. If you land late, mention it in your first message; we move the pickup and tell you who will be waiting at the airport.

Send the date, the cabin type and the number of travellers. We hold the cabin briefly while you check with your party, tell you in writing how long the hold lasts, and release it if no deposit arrives.

The deposit is 50% of the fare. What remains is payable 30 days before the sailing. Once the deposit arrives, a written confirmation follows, giving the date, the cabin, the check-in time and each guest's name as printed in the passport.

Changing the date is free when you ask 30 days or more ahead; from 14 to 29 days it costs IDR 500,000. The terms page sets out every case. Book within 30 days of sailing and the whole amount is paid at once.
